SHIPPING & RETURNS


 

SHIPPING

 

Orders will be shipped once the product is in stock, unless a specific ship date is requested.

Items not currently in stock will be backordered and shipped upon their arrival at our warehouse. The allocation of products to shippable orders occurs daily, preventing the holding of products for future ship dates.

Please make a note of any specific shipping instructions: the need for a lift gate, absence of a dock, residential address, or notification call, on your purchase order, as additional charges may apply.

Kindly verify all Bill to and Ship to addresses, or any other order details upon receiving your sales order confirmation.

 


Economy Freight 

  • $0-1499 of in-stock orders/product, the customer will pay the exact Freight charges.
  • $1500-2499 of in-stock orders/product, the freight charge will be a $450 Flat Rate.
  • $2500+ of in-stock orders/product receive a 16-19% Economy Freight cap depending on shipping location.

          Economy carriers can only accommodate locations with a loading dock. 

 

Drop Ship

HTD offers curbside, threshold, or full white glove delivery services.

Please call for a quote from your Territory Sales Manager, and add a $25 handling fee per order, plus a $50 pallet fee if applicable.

 

Expedited Shipping

Your order will be palletized, and we'll obtain an expeditied freight quote from our Logistics Team. 

Custom pallet fee is $50.00, per pallet.

 

Third Party Carriers

Customers may use their own Third Party Carrier. To obtain the required weights and dimensions for the carrier's Bill of Lading (BOL) and Labels, customers should contact their Territory Managers. It's important to note that HTD will not be held responsible for any concealed damages incurred when using the customer's carrier. If a pallet is required, a $50 pallet fee will be applied.

 


 

RETURNS

 

Final sale products cannot be returned.

 

Undamaged product can be returned with the understanding that:

  •  Return shipping is paid by the customer.
  • 25% Restocking Fee will be deducted from refund back to the customer.
  • Customer, or carrier being used is liable if damages incur during transit upon return of goods.
  • If damages do incur upon return, cost of repairs will be deducted from refund back to the customer.

 


 

DAMAGES

 

Always take photographs of pallets or cartons before unwrapping, even if there are no apparent damages. 

 

If packaging shows signs of damages:

  • DO NOT refuse shipment, this will incur additional charges.
  • Photograph the damaged item(s) and the boxes with detailed photos. If you can, please take a photo of the PO Label on the box.
  • Notate damages on Bill of Lading.
  • Keep a copy of your images, and the Bill of Lading for your records.
  • Keep packaging, if product has concealed damages, HTD must be notified within 15 days of delivery.
